Le Début

The pressure of the first blog post is such a mighty thing to overcome. So I'm going to keep it quick and simple, that way next post there's no pressure, I can just start.

I'm really excited about this new blog, I have big ideas and dreams for it and so many new things I want to try and share with you.

<Vintage>

I regularly trawl opp shops and garages sales hunting for gorgeous vintage items. So regularly that I now sell some of my vintage treasures through my Facebook page La La Love Vintage, you can find out more by clicking the tab to your right.

<Creativity>

Being creative is a huge part of who I am, and what gives me joy. I love trying new things and experimenting. What I make isn't always perfect (which I can get way to focused on), but I love the journey. I love getting inspiration from other creative souls out there and then making it my own. I love that the internet has created a base were like minded souls can share their creativity, skills and lives.

<Family>

I married my college sweetheart at 20. It shouldn't have worked out, but I married an amazing man and I love the life we have made together. Last year we added a little bubba to our family, and I guess we're still getting used to the idea. I know that I am still trying to re define, or just re find myself, since becoming mum. Its damn hard work, and impacts every area of my life, even the clothes I buy and wear - all clothing needs to have quick booby access. I think stores need to get men to design nursing clothes- I have a feeling they'd knock it out of the park! So I couldn't possibly blog with out sharing the one thing that influences my life most.

<My $0 Craft Room series>

No cash, but I want a space that is all mine, and encompasses everything I need to be creative. $0 Craft Room seems like the perfect solution. All that I need to start is to move!!
