Sunny days and daisy chains

Yesterday the weather was amazing. So straight after breakfast we popped down to the beach.

At first Layla wasn't so sure about the sand...

She did not show the same hesitation about the water though. Her trousers got drenched, but she wasn't deterred and would go running toward the water giggling and squealing with or without us.

I hunted for driftwood.

Before we stopped at a park bench for a snack.

 

The afternoon we spent in the sun working on the Caravan of Wrighteousness.

I was completely overwhelmed by the amount of work there was to do, so spent most of my time sitting on the grass making daisy chains.

This weekend has been the perfect taste of summer...
